Konstruk QuickBuild Corporation offers a Fast Build Modular System, featuring light gauge framing and innovative QuickBuild Systems. Our modular systems ensure that projects are completed faster, with less waste, while maintaining high structural integrity.
Key Benefits/USPs:
-
Speed: Fast build times, enabling completion of projects in 100 days or less.

-
Light Gauge Framing: Reduces overall construction time while ensuring structural integrity.

-
Cost Efficiency: Modular components and innovative systems reduce waste, materials, and labor costs.

-
High-Quality Materials: Only top-tier materials are used, ensuring longevity and durability.

-
Eco-Friendly Practices: Sustainable construction methods minimize environmental impact.
QuickBuild Wall System (Buhos)
-
A cast-in-place wall system using Galvaframe and phenolic boards without the need for columns and beams.

-
Faster than conventional methods, as the QuickBuild Wall System is lightweight and pre-punched with utility holes.
-
No plastering required: a skim coat can be applied after de-casting the boards, reducing construction time further.
-
Designed to resist wind speeds of up to 250 km/h, making it suitable for areas prone to typhoons.
-
Customizable for easy installation of utility lines such as water, electricity, and sanitary pipes.

Load Bearing Wall
Comparison vs Conventional Wall System – is a type of load bearing wall using beams and columns as support to concrete hollow blocks (CHB) and reinforcing steelbars to complement the wall system. It also requires in-fill of concrete slurry and cement plaster is needed to finish the wall prior to painting works.
Disadvantages when the project is a mass housing project:
-
Slow and requires more manpower
-
Unpredictability of material requirement
-
Messy because of more wet works
-
Skillset of masonry workers to handle fast construction
-
Forms and scaffolding is a must
-
Alignment on multiple units
-
Quality assurance is a common problem
-
Not flexible when it comes to utility pipes installation

QuickBuild Dry-Wall System
-
Magnux Board is used as the skin for both load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls.

-
Flexible and adaptable for various finishes (tiles, textured finishes, etc.), it’s commonly used in commercial projects like KFC, McDonald’s, and Starbucks.

-
Fast construction, movable, and capable of accommodating insulation for noise reduction.

QuickBuild Floor Joist System
-
Lightweight and easy to install, this system uses Magnux Board on top of the floor joists, allowing for the installation of any floor finish from tiles to laminate flooring.

-
Includes utility holes, making it easy to run electrical or plumbing lines.

QuickBuild Roof Framing System
-
A customizable system designed to accommodate various roofing shapes without welding.

-
Economical and lightweight, the system is engineered to withstand high wind speeds and requires no painting, making it both durable and cost-effective.
