QuickBuild Wall System (Buhos)

A cast-in-place wall system using Galvaframe and phenolic boards without the need for columns and beams.

Faster than conventional methods, as the QuickBuild Wall System is lightweight and pre-punched with utility holes.

No plastering required: a skim coat can be applied after de-casting the boards, reducing construction time further.

Designed to resist wind speeds of up to 250 km/h, making it suitable for areas prone to typhoons.

Load Bearing Wall

Comparison vs Conventional Wall System – is a type of load bearing wall using beams and columns as support to concrete hollow blocks (CHB) and reinforcing steelbars to complement the wall system. It also requires in-fill of concrete slurry and cement plaster is needed to finish the wall prior to painting works.
